Rockland Community College Foundation
The RCC Foundation is committed to supporting students with financial needs, towards insuring their safety and well-being while staying on course with their academic pursuits.
Your gift allows the Foundation to be nimble and resilient in times of uncertainty, and helps provide critical resources to RCC students during their time of need.
At this difficult time, please consider supporting the Emergency Fund.
The Fund is designed to rapidly respond to students experiencing unforeseen hardships, to reduce financial obstacles and to enhance life and learning at RCC.
The Emergency Fund will uniquely address the needs brought on by COVID-19, as the pandemic has added another layer of immediate aid for our students. Your gift will help in significant ways, such as groceries and rent assistance due to job loss, technology for online learning, fees for internet access and essential living expenses.
Thank you for your caring commitment to our students.
The Rockland Community College Foundation was established in 1981 to provide the resources that students require for success. The Foundation is dedicated to supporting the College by fostering a culture of philanthropy, growing the endowment, and providing financial support for long-term institutional priorities that could not be achieved without private funds. Access to the educational opportunities provided through scholarships can serve as the path to economic security, and this is especially true for low-income, first-generation, and underrepresented students. The RCC Foundation awards over $200,000 annually to deserving students. Additional support is provided by the Foundation to the College to ensure that students get the highest-quality educational experiences.
The Rockland Community College Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization that responds to the educational needs and aspirations of the people of Rockland County by assisting Rockland Community College. The Foundation provides financial assistance to the College for the continuing development of its students, staff, faculty, and programs of the College.
